"Wonderful rejuvenation of a 1931 Hotel, keeping true to its era but with all the necessary modern touches for a great stay. Meal was excellent and staff exceptionally friendly. We even managed to enjoy some live music. Very happy to recommend. PS....the old school ceiling fans in the pub were amazing !!"

"This hotel is more like a backpackers, it has permanents living there. Dirty, smelly and noisy at night. . Smelt of smoke even though not supposed to smoke. Bathroom was VERY old and hairs on floor. Carpet was dirty, curtains were hanging off hooks. The outside of the building would turn you away straight away, but inside was far worse. We only had one night there as there was nowhere else to stay and we were glad to get out of there. At $121.00 per night I think this was disgusting. The...
