The pool is NOT heated.

When it comes to age requirements all non-family groups chaperoned or non-chaperoned must all be at least 25 years of age or older. Should a group misrepresent itself, or fail to comply, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without any refund of monies paid. Ocean View - Located just steps from the ocean approximately one-half mile North of Garden City Pier.

It has one master bedroom suite downstairs and one upstairs, each with a king size bed.

It has three additional bedrooms upstairs; one with a queen bed, one with two full size beds, and one with two queen beds.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

It has granite countertops, a large breakfast serve island, dishwasher and microwave.

GARDEN CITY BEACH: Known as the FAMILY BEACH, Garden City is located less than five miles from Murrells Inlet Restaurant Row & Marshwalk, and approximately 8 miles to the Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach. The area also offers a variety of grocery stores, shops, golf courses, amusement parks and so much more.

Girls 2024 beach weekend.
This was our second time staying here. Great location,house is very spacious and wonderful host. We enjoy morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while sitting on the porch. Short walk to Garden City pier. We plan on staying here again.

My friends and I took a trip to SC and found this property. The owners and caretaker were so communicative, and the whole process was very simple as far as check in goes. Great Property for Family Vacation
This property was great for our family vacation! Huge house, very clean, private pool… it was everything we hoped for. The beach access was right across the street which was great since we had several young kids. I would highly suggest renting the golf cart as well because the area is very golf cart friendly and it really came in handy. Would definitely recommend this property.
