This upstairs vacation rental unit is 2nd row Garden City, with easy, quick access to the beach 91 feet to boardwalk over dune. WITH NEW REMODLED KITCHEN QUARTZ COUNTERS AND NEW REFRIGERATOR AND CABINETS. It is located about a mile south of the Garden City pier and has excellent views of both the ocean and the marsh of Murrell's Inlet. ABEACHINHOUSE Up has 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and a pull-out sofa that will accommodate 2 additional people. 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large spacious NO TOWELS or SHEETS PROVIDED. NEW FURNATURE IN DINNING ROOM,
FAMILY ROOM AND FRONT FAMILY ROOM. NEW SLEEPER, SOFA, TABLES, LAMPS, RUGS AND MORE.
Great Views of Both Inlet & Ocean! 2BR/2BA - Pet Friendly with fee per pet (two max) per week. During season Saturday to Saturday. Sleeps 6.

Great Beach Cottage
Great beach cottage for a family on a school/work break. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Quick access to the beach in a nice beach neighborhood. Close to all the fun between Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach. Would stay again.

Had a great time staying here! The location is perfect, public beach access is right across the road which made it super easy to access the beach. Rented a golf cart which provided access to everything we needed with just a short ride. The house was in great condition and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Next best thing to being on the beach!
Scott and Juliet Were excellent hosts, and quick to respond to all our questions. Your right across the street from the ocean and the access point, so no need to rent a cart. Our stay was amazing, with very cozy accommodations. Clean, convenient, and all the amenities you need. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location right across from the beach! The house was clean and newly renovated. Scott was there within the hour when we needed assistance. He gave great suggestions for shopping and activities in the area. We were extremely pleased with our accommodations and hope to return in the future

Abeachin' Good Time
We had a wonderful stay at this cottage which is located right across from the beach access. The property was super clean and had all the amenities we had read about online. We could see the ocean from the house and watch the sunrise while drinking coffee on the deck. We ate at Sara J's and the Gulf Stream Cafe and bought our vegetables at Angela's market--all of which are located on the penisula. Scott and Juliet are great hosts and we will be returning to this property next year!

Property was located on a very busy road. Interior and exterior were rather oldish and not particularly clean. The house served its function but will definitely upgrade if we return.

Fantastic location, sooooo close to the beach! My family really enjoyed our time here. The house has everything you need to cook in. You can cook dinner and stare at the ocean...which normally isn't an option at this price point! Being a little further from the action at myrtle made us feel very safe in this Covid19 world. We were able to easily socially distance ourselves at the beach despite it being peak season. With the beach being in Georgetown county, the pet restrictions aren't as harsh! The owners were very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We'd rent here again :)
