First floor condo overlooking marsh/inlet, providing scenic views and gorgeous sunsets. 1 block from the beach and the Garden City pier. The Garden City Pier provides fishing access, 2 bars, arcade, restaurant and live music. Condo is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Condo complex offers spacious pool, hot tub, parking and grilling area for guest convenience. For the golfing enthusiast, many highly rated championship courses are just a short drive away. The Marshwalk district is within 5 miles, and has several restaurants/bars, shopping and watersports. Enjoy walking to the pier, beach, restaurants and shopping during your visit. Nice place
This was a short visit to Myrtle Beach to visit friends . The place was nice and clean. The owners gave detailed info upon confirmation of rental. There were plenty of starter supplies, ie toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags..... Only thing is wish the towels were included with sheets/linens . Since we were flying, we didn't want to pack little extras like towels We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch over looking the pool and marsh. It was Biker's Week, so there was some noise and traffic noise from the nearby area and busy road. The spot was a quick walk to the beach and few shops and eateries. all in all a nice quick stay. Thank you Jeff and Gina.

Everything about the location and coziness of the room was amazing. Only small draw back is the Master Bed springs are wore out and may need a new mattress soon. Sinks in middle. Other than that 5 Stars all around.

Our stay at Jeff and Gina’s beach condo was great! It was very clean and very beachy, stocked well, up dated appliances and a great a/c unit! My husband loved the balcony over looking the pool so he could watch our granddaughter swim and play! Our 5 year old granddaughter loved it, mostly the pool of course after all she is 5! If we had to grade our stay it would most definitely be an A+ for sure! Will most definitely stay again if Jeff and Gina with have us! The Sprouse’s from Taylors, SC

Perfect location for beach by day and sunset by night!
Jeff and Gina made the rental process very easy. The location in Garden City is ideal....2 short blocks to the ocean, and a wonderful screened in balcony that overlooks the pool and marsh, and gives a nice view of the setting sun. A short 7 min drive to the fabulous restaurants in Murell's Inlet. Would definitely like to return.

Good stay overall
Overall our stay was good. Communication was very fast and helpful. When the battery went out on the door keypad we were helped right away. Disappointing that the hot tub is closed when its cold out. The matress in the main room is worn out and uncomfortable. The dryer door has to stay open to avoid condensation which is odd and in the way of walking around in the bathroom and between bedrooms. Also, we had to provide our own bath towels....thats a new one. Otherwise, the back porch is so inviting, I love the view of the marsh and the outdoor lighting. The walk to restaurants, arcade, beach and pier is very close and convenient. Breakfast at flapjacks was very good! Everything was clean, neat and inviting in the condo. We love this area and will be back again soon.

This property was perfect for my family of four. I have two small children who were thrilled about the bunk beds! This condo had a beautiful view and was in walking distance of the beach!
