This nice beach house is upgraded yearly, 11/20 - new roof, 1/21 - new stairs and front porch, refurnished, has new water heater, wood flooring, new 43-inch smart HDTV in Den, 2 HDTVs in both bedrooms & new HVAC! Our rental beach home 'SeaLaVie' is in Garden City Beach, SC at Sunset Square G. Rental home is a 10-min. drive to south Myrtle Beach. Ceramic Tile on kitchen and bothbath floors. Hardwood floors in the den and hall. House is 1000 square feet. New 43” smart HDTV in den.

Master bedroom has queen bed, color cable TV and walk in full bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds, color cable tv and full bath down hall.
