With three bedrooms and a kid-ready basement bunk room brimming with books and toys, there is plenty of space here for your entire family! Meals will be a snap with the help of your well-equipped, full indoor kitchen plus a fantastic outdoor kitchen complete with a full-size refrigerator and brick pizza oven! Inside, the main living area features plenty of seating, high ceilings, a wood-burning stove, and a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite channels, while outdoors, you'll enjoy access to a large yard, a refreshing private pool with a sundeck, and even a large TV on the furnished patio complete with an outdoor firepit. Additional amenities include a playhouse for young visitors, a disc golf basket, and a basketball hoop in the front driveway. Central A/C adds comfort throughout.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Big for family fun but not well taken care of.
It was a big space with great kids amenities, toys, bunkers, trampoline but the pool was a bit run down. There are beautiful upgrades in the house but needs extra cleaning.

My family and I had a nice relaxing weekend. This property is in a rural secluded area yet 4 minutes away from community park, many dining options and YES shopping! Also, the property was spacious with all the amenities and a PERFECT outdoor kitchen.

Lovely spot with great amenities
This place was perfect for our needs. We got together as a group to do a short writing retreat. It was far enough from town to feel secluded, but close enough that we could enjoy restaurants and local amenities without much trouble. The pool was not clean when we arrived, but they had a contact we could call who sent someone out pretty quickly to fix it for us. The living room had a projector for movies which we loved!

Amazing
Really great house with a TON of backyard amenities. The weather was not good during our stay, though, but we even catch the snow there :) House been clean and neat, a lot of tabletop games, nice projector in the living room. Backyard sitting area is charming. Overall the value/price ratio is really great.

Perfect family getaway!
What a cool house with beautiful outdoor areas! You almost feel like you’re glamping. My 2 kids loved the bunk room, toys and outdoor playhouse and trampoline. We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 40th and had a lovely family dinner on the patio followed by outdoor games on the lawn and drinks by the fire. The next day it was sunny and we hung out by the pool and I’ve never been in such scenery in a swimsuit. It was very relaxing! The sunset from there is beautiful. It is super duper close to town (just not that walkable) which is fine. Our caterer loved the place and now wants to stay there too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun family trip to Murphys!

Great place for a large group
The property is very spacious. It has a lot of play areas and toys for kids on site that include a downstairs sleeping area / play area, outdoor kitchen / dining area, and outdoor play house. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment for on-site meal prep. The property is a very short drive to Downtown Murphys. The few hiccups we had were a very weak water supply for the washing machine and a thermostat that was locked in heat mode. The property manager quickly came to resolve this issue, so it was a minor inconvenience. Overall it's a great place to host a large group.

Fun Family Time
We had a great stay, just a few small things could change. The AC turns off on its own at night and during the day. It was way too hot in the house when that happened.(that was our biggest complaint). The outside fire pit was out of propane, so that was a bummer. The pool area steps are a little sketchy and it could use another umbrella for more shade. My husband and brother had to fix one umbrella. There are 2 large rusty brackets (maybe from the old pool ladder) that stick out and we got a few scrapes from. The downstairs bunk area we don't think was cleaned enough before our stay because we found a few very large spiders. The outside kitchen had leaves everywhere, soda cans left over, 2 by four wood, a weed wacker wire left on the counter. etc. We cleaned it up when we got there. Other than that we loved the huge kitchen, living room and inside dining area. The outside kitchen was so nice for us to all hang around at. Loved that food net protectors were provided and a large bag of ice in the outside freezer was a nice touch. (maybe someone left it over but it would be a nice touch if that's the case) Kids enjoyed the pool of course. We definitely want to come back and try it again, just hope its a little more tidy next time.

Fun for the whole family
This place was the perfect place to stay with busy kids (4-7). Everything we needed was there plus more. Close to the fairgrounds for whatever event is happening. Clean and comfortable.

Murphys Ranch Hide-Away
The Wildcat Ranch is a large home with a nice kitchen which extends on to the back patio into a large outside kitchen with a huge pizza oven. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking both indoors and outdoors, and the large projection screen in the family room was a bonus for watching movies. We enjoyed the pool both during the day and in the evening, as it was hot the week we stayed. Oh, and the location to downtown Murphys is perfect!! We went downtown to shop, eat and to Ironstone Vineyards for a concert. We hope to return to the Ranch again.

Wildcat ranch
We had such a great experience and amazing time at the wild cat ranch! I would definitely use this home again for future trips to Murphy’s! Everything was so beautiful and a great kitchen indoor and outdoor!

Perfect location, huge home
The house is huge and the yard is secure for kids. Loved the close location to town and the still private setting (we saw quite a few deer). Kitchen was stocked well. Linens were good quality. The reviews about it being cold were deceptive -- we got the central heat to work just fine, but it does auto shutoff during the day so you have to turn it back on when home in the evening. We got surprise snow one day and were thrilled to find sleds the kids could use. We did have an issue getting the blinds to raise in the kids' room so they were a little creeped out downstairs by themselves (had to move more lights down there). Also, note that it takes a while for the water to heat up in the showers and you have to partially raise the latch on the sliding door locks, push the door closed and then finish lowering the latch to get the doors to lock. Had some minor issues with cleaning, which is the only reason for a lost star but it wasn't to the point that it detracted from our stay. The great room comfortably fit everyone and they had every streaming service imaginable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful cozy home
We really enjoyed our Christmas vacation at this home. Very spacious with room downstairs for the kids to play. Large Private gated property with a pond. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, including a coffee maker! The main living room uses a projector so we brought our own fire stick. The rooms do get cold at night since there is only a wood burning stove for heat. Bring blankets! We would definitely recommend this home!

Adorable house but dirty pool
Loves the location and the space of the house. Also the amazing large couch. But we were excited to use the pool. But when we showed up it was very dirty and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the pool cleaner on.

Nice house for our weekend stay.
Very close to town and nice quiet property. Good for large families with great outdoor kitchen. We weren’t clear that the only heat was wood stove. However in looking at listing again we did see that. . There wasn’t any dry firewood available and it was a bit cold. We did find bd ample blankets though. If our stay had been longer, it would have inquired on how to get the stove going. All in all a nice stay and we would recommend.
