"Nice spot on the river"

"My mom and I loved our stay here at the red rock house. The home feels cozy and comfortable and is in a great location. It had everything that we needed and wanted. I particularly enjoyed the cookies that were left for us and the closeness to the OC coffee cafe. The lilac tree was just coming into bloom and the air smelled great!I will definitely stay here again when I come to visit our family in this area.Sincerely,Debbie N."

"Our stay was great!! It was perfect for my family and I! There was a lot of us of all ages and we all had entertainment whether it was air hockey or relaxing in the hot tub. And the sleeping arrangements were perfect!! We were going to use the fire pit but didn’t get a chance to unfortunately I highly recommend and will probably stay again. "

"We traveled with 30 kids and adults for a Taekwon-do competition in Boise. It was 40 minutes from our competition site but worked out great for us. There was a large room that we were able to workout and practice before the competition. Many bedrooms with lots of beds made it easy to house everyone. There are a total of 4 bathrooms - we made it work for our large group. The kitchen was adequate for pizza night and continental breakfast prep. The kids loved jumping on the in-ground trampoline and playing board and card games in the down time. We also enjoyed some time in the covered Swim-Spa hot tub. We didn't have to worry about the kids wandering off and getting into any trouble as it is in a rural area. If you are coming with a large group a few suggestions - bring extra towels for the hot tub. Consider bringing paper plates, cups and utensils. Overall it worked out great for our group and the hosts were very attentive about wanting to make sure we had a wonderful stay. "

"We had a great time at this ranch house. Very well stocked kitchen. Played darts and pin pong.We loved watching the goats and owls. This is a huge farm area. So depending on the winds. It will smell like a farm. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Could use a coffee table in the living room. The charcoal grill was full of ash and needed a cleaning. We bought darts and ping pong balls and donated them for future guests.Thank you for letting us stay at your ranch house. We will stay here again when visiting our daughter at the Air Force Base."
