"Hotel was nice. My family enjoyed the private baths. Location wasn’t good in regards to getting to the ski slopes and restaurants. If you get breakfast included, you cook it yourself- it’s just the raw ingredients. The room was huge and lovely for our family of 5. We were comfortable in the winter. "The location of Apartments Hakuba was perfect - just a short walk to the ski lifts, bus stop & restaurants. The accommodation is pretty new so still in great condition - basic but clean. It wasn't as large as other 2 bedrooms that we've stayed at but was adequate for us & our adult son. "

"We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful."
