"Basic, very basic "

"Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom villa! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The open-plan living area and generously sized bedrooms made it perfect for our group, with plenty of room to relax and unwind.The two modern bathrooms were a big plus—clean, stylish, and well-equipped. But the highlight has to be the outdoor area. The swimming pool was sparkling and refreshing, surrounded by a lovely patio and greenery that made it feel like our own private oasis. We spent most evenings outside, either swimming or enjoying dinner under the stars.The villa strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and privacy. Highly recommended for families, groups, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!Heather greeted us on arrival and was super helpful with any questions we had and recommendations about where to go for shopping. "The check in was fabulous and we had a lovely room (Room 1) that actually has a kettle! We had a terrace with views of Xativa Castle and also the town and valley, all framed by pine and cypress trees. Deb had injured her knee so was able to sit on the terrace, read her book and chill as we watched the sunset. We had breakfast both mornings at the hotel and the breakfast was fabulous and we ate far too much delicious food. After breakfast I had a wander around the grounds. The views really were spectacular, especially with the early morning mist, and you could see sections of the town walls stretching from the valley up to the castle. We ate one dinner in the hotel as Deb had already perused the menu, although I was somewhat sceptical. There were weird things like sea urchin, pig's ear, lamb gizzards and duck liver but I opted for sea bass and Deb had rabbit lasagna. The food was just magnificent. Right from the bread and olive oil, with the type of oil and its characteristics being explained to the main course and desserts there was nothing I could improve upon. I had two desserts - a cheesecake and a hazelnut mousse and both were fabulous. We left feeling full but not bloated, a lovely way to round off Deb's birthday. Our room was fabulously quiet, service throughout the hotel was impeccable, the room had modern heating/cooling if needed and a modern bathroom.
