"We loved our stay in the villa. The location felt rural enough but was also only a 10 minute walk into town (it’s a bit steep though) where there were some great bars, restaurants and a little shop. The pool has a great view and there is plenty of land (including an onsite vineyard). We had some challenges finding the villa by car due to some roadworks and the person who met us did not speak any English (we don’t speak any Italian), however a call to the property managing agent sorted this out....

"Giovanni was an amazing host. He even gave us a welcoming gift of a bottle of wine and apples. I had such an incredible time just relaxing in the peace and quiet and getting some writing done. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is interested in doing the same."

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at Villa I Cipressini! We had plenty of space with even a few beds to spare for our family of 5! Thiago was a wonderful host—check in and check out were a breeze, and communication was very easy and quick. The pool and spa area are top notch, and the sunsets were truly incredible. We enjoyed stayed here right in Pienza and made fun day trips to Montepulciano, Montalcino, and Siena. We will certainly try to stay here again on our next visit to Tuscany!"

"Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einer fantastischen Umgebung. Der riesige Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Grillplatz mit dem schönen Pizzahaus ist einfach nur traumhaft schön. "This day was truly as good as it gets. It started with our flight being delayed. The property owner stayed and met us several hours after our designated check-in time. When we got out of the taxi, he was standing at the front door waiting for us to show us how to get up to the apartment. He then proceeded to take us through each and every step of the way. "We had a fabulous stay in this Italian house in Toscany. Rooms are big, every room has his own bathroom. The swimming pool is clean and there are enough seats. There is a nice terrace for the ones who wants to stay in the shadow. The beds are great. The nice little village has 2 good restaurants where we had great nights out and is only 5 minutes away by car. Sienna is only 1h15 away. A nice lake at only 30 minutes! The only - point I can give is the kitchen which in our opinion hadn't enough...

"Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very central - so close to Il Campo and the Duomo and restaurants and cafes. Great communications. Good facilities. Fab air conditioning which we really needed. Only issue was the back shower which trickled from the top shower but the other shower was decent. We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Nannini and look forward to returning. Highly recommend."
