Beautiful, new, fully furnished cabin sitting on the bank of the Little Missouri River. Watch kayaks and canoes float by from the spacious deck. Screened-in porch for outdoor dining or family game night. Large living area to accommodate the whole group. Enjoy playing pool, oversized Jenga, board games, or just relaxing from the porch swing when you aren't out on the river or digging for diamonds. The cabin is equipped with an electric fireplace and a wood pellet grill for outdoor cooking, as well as free Wi-Fi, smart TV's, and a beverage and wine cooler. Plenty of covered parking is available.

The cabin is just minutes from Murfreesboro, where you will find mini-golf, paintball, restaurants, and shopping centered around the town square. Beautiful Lake Greeson is only 20 minutes away. There you can rent boats or jet skis by the day. From Swaha Marina, you can enjoy a day on the lake fishing for crappie or spend the day trout fishing on the Little Missouri River below Lake Greeson Dam. And don't forget about the diamond mine that is only minutes away!

Exceptional Riverfront Property
This home is perfect for couple of families. It is brand new, super clean and just perfect down to the last detail. The host was super easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location is so peaceful and just gorgeous! We can’t wait to go again!

Small Spring Break Getaway
Absolutely beautiful home on the Little Missouri River. Super close to the crater of diamonds park. Kids had such a fun time fishing for trout and wading in the water. We had a fabulous time!!!

A great getaway!
This river front property was incredible! Very private, quiet and the river was just perfect! We had a great time and made fun memories! Looking for a getaway with family and friends I highly recommend this place! The house was beautiful and had everything we need! No complaints at all!

The cabin was beautiful and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. We were not a fan of the dirt road to get in and we didn’t see or catch any fish but otherwise loved everything else! It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Side note: the cabin shook often, I’m not sure if that’s normal or not.

Wonderful Birthday Weekend
We had an amazing weekend staying at River Oaks! The house was absolutely beautiful. I honestly can't say enough about how perfect it was for our group. The layout of the house is ideal for hanging out together, eating, and playing games. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean. I would love to come back again. Our whole group was really impressed with the incredible accommodations!

Fabulous property!!!!!!!
The property was perfectly arranged, beautifully decorated and very spacious. All the little extras were a delightful surprise! The pool sticks need tips. We would have fixed them but could not find a store that sold tips. All of the family enjoyed the water either swimming, fishing or just skipping rocks. If we are back in this area, we will definitely stay here again!!! 10 out of 10 for this property!!!!!

River Oaks is wonderful place to stay, with fantastic views, super clean, 5 stars equipped, Terrie is super great person, exceeded our expectations, friendly communication, very kind and generous, my family enjoyed the stay there and we have many plans to do but unfortunately the time was not enough, for sure will come back Thank you Terrie so much!

You won’t be disappointed
We booked the cabin for its proximity to the Crater of Diamonds. Upon arriving, the cabin was gorgeous! It’s beautifully decorated and has everything we needed and more. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and you could tell that time and effort went into making this cabin a dream to rest your head at night or just hang out during the day. It felt like a home away from home. We had a minor hiccup with an appliance and Terrie responded quickly and it was taken care of within an hour. I would definitely book this cabin again!

It was really enjoyable with the grandkids and all. We were hopeful that the river would have been up. But it was nice playing in the creek. We used the smoker and played pool and chilled. It was nice to be able to park under the house to unload. Very relaxing place.

We had the best time! The property was very clean and expertly stocked from the shampoo and q-tips to the garlic salt and butter! The ciew of the river and cows across is so beautiful! The entire home is updated and ready for 3 familes basically since it has 3 kings and 7 bunks! Planning on making this a yearly trip. Just make sure you drive an SUV or truck since the dirt road to enter is steep in places.

Perfect place to relax!
Giving this property 5 out of 5 stars does not do it justice! The house is beautiful and the floor plan is perfect for adults and children. The furniture, bedding, bath and kitchen supplies we needed were all there and were good quality. The property had privacy and seclusion, but was only 10 or 15 minutes from town. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and in the creek and none of us wanted to leave!

Gorgeous cabin right on the river
This cabin is absolutely gorgeous and right on the river. The location is a bit remote, but wow! My kids had an absolute blast. We fished, skipped rocks, and just enjoyed the view. The cabin is brand new and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well stocked, beds and pillows were super comfy, and there were tons of games and books for the kids. Murfreesboro is a short 8min drive away and such a cute little town. Several nice little shops and a really yummy Mexican restaurant. The diamond mine is about 15min away. Internet is a bit spotty, but the host informed us that fiber will be installed soon. Communication with host was fantastic. We stay in vacation rentals all the time, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve ever rented. Highly recommend.

Wow!
If you are looking to completely get away from all your troubles and worries of day to day life, this is the place! We brought our family of 5 for the eclipse week and to dig for some diamonds, but we got so much more than expected! We have been to a LOT of vacation home rentals and this takes the cake. My kids immediately asked if we could stay longer as soon as they stepped in the door ;) The views go on for miles, the sunshine and lightness in the house is so uplifting, there is room for everyone to have their own space. The beds and showers are wonderful. We had everything we needed. It was a little too chilly for us to get much time in the river, but it's absolutely gorgeous. When the water was low, my kids could safely wade all the way across. We usually don't cook much on vacation, but being a little bit out of the way, we did buy a lot of groceries at Walmart-Mart in Nashville. (Note to those that care- the house is in a large dry county) The few restaurants that we did try (recommended by the hosts) in Murfreesboro and Nashville were really good homestyle cooking with incredibly friendly staff. We went to the Diamond Crater twice- no treasures found, but a totally unique and relaxing experience. We loved talking to the cows that roam the next door farmland, crossing the dirt road in the evenings. Just a complete respite and escape. Absolutely wonderful home.

Hidden GEM!
Our group traveled in from TX and LA for a funeral and needed to find a place to accommodate 3 adult couples and a child. This was not a vacation but the property checked our boxes so we booked. Little did we know we would absolutely fall in love with this area and this property. To start with the house….if I could give them 10 stars I would. The home is brand new so very clean and fresh. The owner has gone above and beyond to think of the smallest of details to make the experience perfect. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which is SOOOO nice! It is so tastefully decorated and well laid out! Comfy beds and linens. We enjoyed coffee from the front porch each morning and listened to the river below. No one around….it was a perfect secluded escape. The location is so nice. We were a bit taken back when arriving because the drive in, once off the main blacktop, feels like you’re just going to the back of a pasture…..only to drop down to a gorgeous river bottom. We sat in the river and enjoyed the CRYSTAL clear cold water. We booked just needing a spot to crash and left wanting to come back for a vacation. It’s close enough to Murfreesboro to run and grab dinner or go to Dollar General for things we forgot. 10/10 recommend! Pics do not do it justice!! We have every intention of returning with our children and kayaks to stay longer and enjoy everything this property and area have to offer!
