"Small property with the convenience of parking in front of your door and walking right into your room. Room was average size with two queen beds, really no where to put up a cot or an air bed if you had extra company. Clean room with mini fridge. Heat and Fan for air flow worked well. I would suggest a binder with WIFI info, special things about the home, what to do with the bedding (leave it as is or strip the beds), whether you are to wash your dishes and put away or leave, local attractions, stores, etc. "

"This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were even able to cook up a Thanksgiving dinner. It was centrally located close to bird hunting (the grasslands), shopping, and eating. There were several good restaurants nearby to enjoy. It served well as a home away from home. We appreciated having a pet-friendly rental with a washer and dryer. Both are not easy to find. We loved the area. The host was very attentive and easy to work with throughout our stay."
