Stunning 4 bed villa with Golf & Mountain views, El Valle Golf Resort, Murcia

This recently upgraded and renovated (June 24)beautifully appointed luxury villa, facing El Valle PGA Championship Golf Course, is located in the prime position on El Valle Golf Resort adjacent to a Natural Reserve.

The villa has a swimming pool, a large grassy area where children can play; a covered porch and wooden pergola for respite from the Spanish sun, and glorious mountain views. It is a quiet, relaxing spot where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the mountains and the golf course.

The villa is in an immaculate state, well maintained and beautifully furnished and is walking distance from the Resort's Clubhouse, supermarket and restaurant. With access to tennis courts and the exceptional onsite gym you can enjoy as much or as little as you wish.

A golfer's paradise, the sun shines for 300 days a year and there are 9 golf courses within 25 km of El Valle.

If you like hiking and biking you can enjoy the numerous tracks around the mountains through the spectacular landscape.

For those who want to explore the area, El Valle is within easy driving distance of the beautiful Cathedral City of Murcia, with world class restaurants; Cartagena and it's historical harbour; the beaches in San Javier and the famous resort of La Manga.

There are 2 international airports nearby: RMU, which is 20 minutes away and Alicante which is a 50 minute drive. Hiring a car is essential.

Amazing Villa and would highly recommend
This place is just stunning, the villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay, plenty of sun, but also plenty of shade, a garden to play in, a large kitchen and BBQ area to cook in and lots of room so that no-one is on top of one another. All of the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable, luxury from start to finish, which made us sad to leave. We will definitely return.

Gorgeous Villa, 10 day stay with friends. Lovely amenities, great pool and gardens. The photos don’t do it justice. Golf resort lovely and spa shop just up road. Hopefully we will definitely be back Lovely quiet relaxing break

Incredible villa - perfect for two families of 4
Beautiful spacious villa, with a fantastic outdoor area and pool. Plenty of space for two families of four - with kids aged 2, 11, 12, and 16 An easy 15 min walk (stagger) from the clubhouse. We’ve stayed on El Valle Golf a number of times previously, and this is by far the best property we’ve visited. Absolutely stunning 👍 And really quick support from Andrea the local contact, who is fantastic! Will definitely return!

We’ve had a fabulous week! Perfect for kids. The pictures do not do the property justice! So big and spacious for everyone! Only critique would be the water pressure in some of the bathrooms but very minor point! Will definitely be booking again

Outstanding villa
One of the best villa's we stayed in, the accommodation was spacious, well furnished and had a lot of kitchen items you usually don't find. The outside space was very well thought through, especially the shaded areas to move the sun loungers when it became too hot. Would have loved to have stayed longer. The local spar was fine for most of our needs, there is one local restaurant which was ok, but more further afield in the next door golf resort (Atalona) and in Murcia (15 mins drive away). If our schedule allows will definitely return

Amazing Villa, it has everything you could possibly need and was spotless. We were a family of 6 adults and 3 children and we all didn't want to leave and come home. Maybe a small suggestion, a safe would be a very good idea.

Fantastic
We have returned from a 10 day stay at this villa and I cannot fault it, it was fantastic. We were a bit worried as it did not have any reviews. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 kids, loads of space. The villa was very clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen (there is a washing machine which is not listed). The description does not do this villa justice, we were really pleased. The pool, hot tub, barbecue and outside area were amazing with a large grassy area for the kids to play. We used the barbecue on several nights. We were met by the villa manager who was lovely and was on call for any concerns but we did not need her. The Spar shop is a 10 minute walk next to the clubhouse (go out the back gate and walk along the path, much quicker), prices fair but we went to the nearest Lidl and did a big shop. We ate out on one night at the clubhouse, very nice food and great service. If you want to explore the area then a car is a must, we visited Murcia and Cartagena which were well worth a visit. I would highly recommend this villa and we hope to return.
