"Everything went well. The Superior double room with two single beds (as requested on arrival) was clean, tidy, of good size, with a well functioning internal temperature changing facility. It was also adequately equipped with a well laid out ensuite shower/wc / wash basin. Daily room cleaning was well carried out"

"The hotel is located central to the cathedral and other important sights. I liked the room and my terrace but did not use much as Holy Week and a lot of fun outside. I did try on Sunday but neighbor was smoking and I am allergic. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Wish water was free"

"Si buscan un hotel en el Centro de Murcia a pasos de la Catedral, este es el lugar. Hemos estado 7 noches en este hotel, donde fuimos tratados como reyes. El desayuno es de excelente. Todas las recepcionistas son profesionales, amables pero ante todo tienen don de gente. Nos han dado consejos de donde comer platos típicos Murcianos, que ver de la ciudad, donde comprar. El desayuno es fresco, buffet y la calidad es de 5*, para todo tipo de dietas. No dudaría en volver a este hotel. La habitación es amplia con cafetera, agua en botella, tetera. El servicio de limpieza es excelente. Estamos más que satisfechos no tenemos palabra para describir a este hotel que no es de 3* para nosotros es de 5*. Ubicación, amabilidad, limpieza, comodidad, dormir, lo tiene todo. "
