Super location!
Location très bien située, permettant d’aller à la plage à pied ou de faire ses courses à pied. Terrasse très agréable, vue super! Confort de la climatisation, place de parking privative et ombragée devant la location. Rien ne manque, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la villa Valentina et nous la recommandons.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Haus
Sehr schön gelegenes Haus, vor allem die Terasse mit Blick auf das Meer war super. Gute Ausstattung zum Kochen, grosser Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach war sehr nützlich, auch Aussendusche sehr praktisch und für die Klimaanlage waren wir ebenfalls sehr dankbar, kurze Wege zum Supermarkt, Strand, Markt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort hat gut und zuverlässig geklappt.

Super Ferienhäuschen mit toller Terrasse
- Kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht - Inventar in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise fehlten kleinere Sachen z.b in der Küche (z.b Löffel, Flaschenöffner), aber das war nicht schlimm:) - super tolle Terrasse mit wundervoller Aussicht, generell viel Platz um sich draußen aufzuhalten, eigene Grillstelle - Waschmaschine vorhanden - die Außendusche war super, um direkt nach dem Strand sich abzuduschen - Lage sehr gut, im Umkreis von 500 m Marktplatz (Do und Sa Markt), Supermarkt, Restaurants, Pasticceria, Fischhandlung und natürlich der super schöne Strand mit guter Beach Bar - zur Wohnung gehts etwas bergauf und den Eingang erreicht man über mehrere Stufen aber alles kein Problem - Kommunikation mit Besitzern gut über WhatsApp - haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem Häuschen. Es war wirklich super. Sauber, gepflegt, alles da, was man so braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin verlief problemlos, obwohl sie nur italienisch und kein Englisch sprach. Dank Google Übersetzer aber auch kein Problem. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung absolut weiterempfehlen :-)

Wunderbare Erholung
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in der wunderschönen Villa Valentina. Das Haus liegt super, der Supermarkt und die leckere Pizzeria ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Strand ist sehr nah, wir haben eine Lieblingsstelle am Strand da sind wir mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Terasse ist wunderschön und man kann herrlich mit Blick aufs Meer essen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat super geklappt und auch mit Christina, der Hausverwalterin, war der Kontakt klasse Wir können das Haus für einen entspannten und sehr erholsamen Urlaub absolut empfehlen.

Traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen
Die Villa Valentina lädt ein zum Runterfahren und einfach Sein. Vor allem die wunderschöne Terasse mit dem Blick auf Meer und Land hat es uns angetan. Das Reihenhaus (Eck) ist praktisch und liebevoll mit allem Nötigen eingerichtet, wir haben fast immer selber gekocht. Die Aussendusche ist sehr praktisch, eine Waschmaschine ist da, ebenso ein Sonnenschirm und 2 Klappstühle für ans Meer. Wir kommen gern wieder!

La villa si presenta come in foto, gli spazi sono corrispondenti e ben attrezzati. Ci siamo trovati d'incanto, tanto da passare la maggior parte delle serate in terrazza. L'accoglienza è stata perfetta e la disponibilità dell'nterlocutrice estrema , grazie Cristina! La villa è fornita di tutto l'occorrente e la pulizia al nostro arrivo impeccabili... La perfezione dell'ambiente ha reso il nostro soggiorno magico , spensierato e romantico. Un dolce ricordo, che ci accompagnerà per i prossimi mesi.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit schöner Terrasse und Weitsicht
Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Der Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Supermarkt und Restaurant sind auch in der Nähe. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem eingerichtet was man für den Urlaub braucht. Das Bett sollte mal ersetzt werden. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick und die Aussendusche haben wir genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und der Haushälterin fuktionierte super. Wir können das Haus sehr weiter Empfehlen.

Sehr gerne wieder!
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön gelegen. Von der großzügigen Terrasse hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf's Meer. Strand, Supermarkt und, wie wir fanden, zwei sehr gute Restaurants waren zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Wir hielten uns, natürlich wegen dem Wetter, hauptsächlich draußen auf der Terrasse auf. Das war dort sehr angenehm und schön hergerichtet (der gesamte Außenbereich). Mein persönliches Highlight war allerdings die Außendusche, die wir regelmäßig auch als kurze Erfrischung nutzen. Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und der Haushälterin (spricht nur italienisch) war auch sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Villetta accogliente in ottima posizione panoramica
La villetta e' molto carina e in ottima posizione panoramica, con splendida terrazza vista mare. Posta a 10 minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Costa Rei e 5 minuti dal centro commerciale. Dotata di tutti i confort (ad esclusione della lavastoviglie). E' dotata di una ampia camera soppalcata con letto matrimoniale e seconda camera matrimoniale un po' piccola.

Perfektes Haus für Strandurlaub
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Costa Rei. Das Haus ist nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man auch ein Supermarkt, Fisch Geschäft und Restaurants. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick haben wir sehr genossen! Es ist praktisch Eingerichtet, man findet alles, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt, es ist ziemlich hellhörig, wenn das Nachbahrhaus besetzt ist.

Ideal für entspannte Tage am Meer
Wir waren mit unserem knapp 4-jährigen Sohn für zwei Wochen in der Villa Valentina und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die wunderschöne und sehr grosse Terrasse, auf der wir - nicht zuletzt aufgrund des schönen Wetters - die meiste Zeit verbracht hatten, wenn wir nicht grad an einem der vielen schönen Strände in der näheren Umgebung waren. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grossartig, zudem hat es jederzeit auch Schatten. Die Wohnung ist relativ klein, aber zweckmässig. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist ziemlich schmal, weshalb wir Eltern oben geschlafen haben. Die Küche ist ziemlich klein und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil sämtliche Utensilien in den Schränken im Wohnzimmer sind - aber das ist kein Problem, am Ende haben wir fast jeden Abend in der Villa Valentina gekocht und gegessen! Der "Hausstrand" ist in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und hat eine nettes Bistro (Il Ginepro), und zum Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man braucht, sind es keine 5 Minuten. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder einmal in der Villa Valentina Urlaub zu machen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit super Blick
Insgesamt überzeugt das Häuschen durch die Terrasse und den Blick auch die kurzen Wege zum Strand, Supermarkt und Bäcker. Alles war sauber, die Inneneinrichtung ist Geschmackssache. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war ein starker muffiger Geruch im Schlafzimmer, der vom Schrank ausging. Das Wlan war schnell und durchgängig vorhanden. Weiterempfehlung!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit tollem Ausblick
Die Villa Valentina (Reihenendhäuschen) ist gut ausgestattet und bietet einen herrlichen Blick zum Meer. Die Ausstattung war für unseren Ferienaufenthalt völlig in Ordnung. Etwas hellhörig, wenn die Nachbarwohnung belegt ist. Die Lage ist auf FeWo Direkt nicht gut zu erkennen. In Google Maps ,via del Falchi‘ eingeben, dann kommt man der tatsächlichen Lage recht nahe. Unsere Kontaktperson, Christina, war sehr freundlich und mit der Übersetzer-App konnte die Kommunikation erfolgen. In der Nähe kleines ˋVersorgungszentrum´ zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Abwicklung über FeWo Direkt war völlig unkompliziert.

Schöner Ausblick. Einrichtung hat noch viel Verbesserungspotenzial.
Das Ferienhaus hat einen schönen Ausblick, liegt am Hang ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Bei der Inneneinrichtung und den Terrassenmöbeln ist noch viel Luft nach oben.
