Ground floor of a two-level villa. It is located in a quiet and traffic-free area, just 300 meters from the center of Costa Rei and 500 meters from the beach.
There is the possibility of renting the house next door for a maximum of 8-10 beds.

Positiv: - sehr gute Lage mit Nähe zu Dorf und Strand. - nette Wohnung mit Garten, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen - gute Aufteilung und freundliche Farbgebung - grosses und bequemes Doppelbett - zuverlässige Dame, die sich um das Anwesen kümmert. Negativ: - bei der Preiszusammenstellung von FeWo wird nicht erwähnt, das die gesamten Stromkosten separat zusätzlich berechnet werden. - die Ansprechperson spricht nur italienisch - die Wohnung war bei Anreise voller Ameisen, was sich auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht änderte. - die Schränke sind leider billige IKEA-Qualiät, was bei diesem nicht gerade günstigen Mietpreis negativ auffällt - die Spülunterschränke riechen etwas muffig - die Küchenausstattung fällt etwas dürftig aus: gerade einmal 4 Tassen/,Essteller bzw. Dessertteller, 4 Wassergläser, 4 Messer/Gabeln/ Löffel Keine Weingläser, kein Flaschenöffner.
