"We loved our stay in Rotterdam. The staff at Premier Suites went above and beyond to arrange for fizz and chocolates to be in the room when we arrived on my husband's birthday. The room itself was stunning and I could happily stay there for a long time. The only negative was that there was some serious demolition work happening nextdoor which we weren't warned about in advance and disrupted our stay."

"When I arrived at the place I realised that the checkin was fully online. Hotels.com did not provide the information that was needed amd Numa neither contacted me prior. I got help from Numa and later Hotels.com to get the booking code and could checkin 30 minutes later. Room was great, clean and the bed comfortable."
