"A bit hard to find for us, although once we were there, it was obvious! The phone number listed on Expedia is for a different hotel. The hotel itself is great, with a kitchenette, coffee and tea in the room and downstairs. The lobby is quite pretty. Walking distance to the train station, and Mauritshuis. The staff was helpful and friendly. Next to Chinatown as well."

"Great location near Rotterdam Central station. Check in was efficient, given a detailed help list for our stay. Room was clean & tidy and provided many facilities except a microwave. Advised that no cleaning would be done, however extra towels, waste bin bags are available if asked for. The room was extremely quiet even though there was demolition of an office block next door to Premier Suites. Gym area was acceptable. Wi-fi good. "

"Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. "The property and rooms are very nice and generally well maintained. The linens are good quality and the bed is very comfortable. There is a laundry room, a lobby with tea and coffee. We stayed for a week and therefore we're hoping to cook some of our meals. The stove and oven did not work and could not be repaired in time. The hotel gave us a discount. I would stay here again but I would get confirmation first that the appliances are working."

"The property was clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. A welcome pack with essentials was given, which was a nice touch. The apartment was in a great location. The view in 6b is very limited but nevertheless was nice to have a balcony, although not much privacy as it was on the ground floor. The toilet was seperate to the shower and it was very very small. Would be great to have a toilet fitted into the bigger shower room. Also a towel rail woild be handy for the smaller bathroom. However, i...

"Good, but considering price is not bed.. Near beach was really beautiful But apartment hotel was no amenities.. You have to prepare toothpaste, shampoo, body washer and hair dryer. And you have to put the cover of pillow and blankets on the bed.. "
