It was new. Clean and fair value. However, if you are not there long term, there is no cooking pots or pans and cutlery in the room. You have to pick them up from reception if you require them. Why have a kitchen in the room if you have no facilities to take advantage of it. Also the parking at €22 per night is just taking the mickey. The car park was empty! Don’t get this.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the entire property exuded cleanliness and care. Nestled in a quiet area, it was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The bathroom was particularly impressive—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. One of the biggest perks was the location: just a 1-minute walk to the train station, with a direct 25-30 minute train ride to Munich city center. Ideal for both relaxation and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Munich.

Great hotel, very spacious, calm and clean. Great location when travelling and passing by. Breakfast has been great as well. Staff has been very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Renata in the lounge/restaurant, bringing joy to every visitor during breakfast and providing excellent service, made the stay even better and memorable. The hotel was nice, but I didn’t like the fact that we had a fruit fly infestation on the ceiling when there was no food in the room at all. Other than that and the fact that the public transportation is very limited, it was a great stay
