We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but the shower had black mold, and wasn’t able to use it. We informed the front desk, but unfortunately, it wasn’t taken care of. The food was great and the hotel was very close to the Bahnhof (train station).

A very nice way to save some money while traveling. The table, desk, couch, and foot stools were quite good too. The shower design required a nearly 1 meter climb up into the tub/shower, then back out (while dripping wet). For people with any form of mobility impairment this is a huge problem. The beds are incredibly stiff and lack much in the way of cushioning, and the pillows are just as unforgiving. Feather bed covers, while common across European, often result in overheating during sleep.

We had an excellent stay, and the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. We were able to check in early and had lunch at the restaurant and the food and the service was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic as well!

The refrigerator in our room was broken and the floor had been sanded down for refinishing but it hadn't been done yet. The shower could have used Tilex to get rid of the mildew. But the overall time spent there was wonderful.
