The Hotel Amba is situated perfectly for me behind the main Train station in Munich....My room was clean, the staff were polite with very good Customer service.👍

Absolute worst stay in 2025. It's run more as a hostile hostel. It's a bad sign when teens are lounging in the lobby and lighting up mj. Noisy late night partying and no staffers available to police the property.

Everything was perfect, except slightly the cleanliness only of the bed and blankets, but otherwise the cleanliness was perfect. Also, another unique but not dependent on the hotel were the guests near our room, who were very noisy from 1 to 4 a.m., talking loudly in the hallways or with music to something else. Luckily our stay was short, but the hotel is literally perfect, the location and staff is phenomenal, the room literally has everything, you don't have to think about almost anything. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay

Lovely staff on arrival. Check in was extremely quick. Room itself was basic but clean except for shower glass which obviously had not been cleaned recently. Location is fabulous for train or bus links to the airport and easy walking distance to many bars shops and restaurants.

This hotel was near the train station, value priced, and had one of the better breakfasts we have experienced. The room was not big, but compared to more expensive properties where we stayed, very nice. I would recommend this hotel.
