A 75-inch TV with a soundbar for relaxing evenings and a new kitchen with an island for socializing. The bathroom is newly renovated and invites you to enjoy a pleasant shower.

In 6 minutes on foot, you will reach the Poing S-Bahn station. The bus stop is 2 minutes away.

Entrance Area Here, the wardrobe offers ample space for jackets, coats, and shoes.

Living and Dining Area In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch. At 2.80 meters, it offers plenty of space for relaxation. The 75-inch TV with the sound system invites you to cozy movie nights. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available.

In the dining area or kitchen, you will find everything you need. Prepare delicious meals and enjoy them on the kitchen island. Up to 4 people can sit on the high stools.

Don't feel like washing dishes? No problem - just put them in the dishwasher.

Sleeping Area In the sleeping area, you have the opportunity to relax on the 1.60 m x 2 m queen-size bed. The wardrobe offers plenty of space for clothes with its 1.50 meters.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, bei Fragen stand dieser sofort zur Stelle. Wildpark Poing ist einen Besuch Wert und nach Erding und München ist es auch nicht weit.
