We enjoyed our visit. It had everything we needed. The owner was very communicative and checked in throughout our stay. The hot tub was especially nice! We would recommend to anyone.

Perfect cabin
This was the most beautiful area . It snowed while we were there and it was magical. The energy around that area is strong with good vibrations . The host was beyond helpful and available at all hours . Thank you for sharing your cabin . We cannot wait to stay again !!!

Wonderful Experience
The house is everything the previous reviews said, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and the owners are wonderful hosts. The cabin was a very cozy place to enjoy the unexpected spring snow. We were comfortable here and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great little getaway!
Our family was in desperate need of some rest and relaxation, and this property delivered!! Very comfortable beds and beautiful living room/kitchen area. We kicked up our feet, watched the Dbacks games (they have great streaming and DVD options) and spent lots of time in the luxurious hot tub. So happy we chose this house. 5 stars for sure!

Great spot on the Mountain
We chose this house because it was close to Sedona and Flagstaff while offering a hot tub for the family to enjoy. It was spacious and everything worked well including dishwasher, coffee maker, gas fireplace and hot tub. Kids enjoyed one of the boardg games and relaxing after full days exploring Arizona’s great outdoors!

Wonderful cabin!
The Lazy Bear Cabin is a very nice place to stay and good location for visiting Sedona and Flagstaff areas! The cabin was very well furnished with everything you need for a visit - both inside and outside. We had a very pleasant stay. We did experience a family emergency and the owners were very accommodating in working with us to extend our stay. Wonderful hosts! Thanks for having us at your cabin!

Relaxing Christmas Getaway
Initially, my log in code was incorrect and getting that fixed if Christmas Eve was not convenient for anyone. But other than that the whole stay was fantastic. TERRIFIC GETAWAY
We spent four nights at this property and it was wonderful!!! It is a gorgeous neighborhood, tucked away from it all. We went hiking in Sedona one day and were thrilled to be returning to a much quieter, less touristy spot at the end of our day. The home owners are responsive and checked in on us during our stay which is always a great touch. We cannot wait to return.

Great choice for a family
We really enjoyed the stay. The property had everything we needed. The house was really nice, updated, and had the cutest details in the doors and door knobs. It was a great location as far as getting to trails, family walks, etc. The coffee shop and BBQ place in Munds are great. We even had an easy day trip to Sedona. The owner was very responsive and checked on us the first night. We would definitely stay again.

Spring Break family vacation
We had a wonderful time at the property. The house was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Restaurants nearby were all closed during our entire stay. But it’s an easy 20 minute trip to Flagstaff for any of your needs. The cooking materials were great and we cooked at home every night. Less than an hour drive from Sedona and beautiful scenery all around!

Loved Lazy Bear Cabin
We spent a long weekend before the holidays in Munds Park. This home is the perfect size for a family of four. Very nicely updated, everything you need is there for you too! The kitchen was nicely updated. The fireplace is cozy and comfortable. The back deck was nice to sit out in the sun when the temp wasn't too cold. Thank you, we will stay there again!

Munds Park stay
The property was well kept and cozy. The kitchen was great. The master bedroom bed was way too tall for my wife to get into being handicapped. Very nice bed though. A few light bulbs were burnt out in two of the bedrooms. The spa was wonderful. Overall I would rate our stay a 9 out of 10.

Snowy Getaway
Pictures did not do this place justice. It was so cute and clean! Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The owners were very responsive to any questions. The location of the property is on a quiet dead end street - great for kids to play. It is also close to trails for side by side rides. And plenty of parking for the truck, trailer and side by side. I highly recommend this place. We will be making this property our preferred place for our annual trip up north to play in the snow!

Lazy Bear Cabin
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was secluded yet easy to access. There was nothing better than staying somewhere that has everything you need. Well taken care of, more amenities than you'd expect from a cabin to be honest. Owners were very responsive and quick to answer questions. No cons in my opinion, stayed at numerous cabins and this was by far the best one. If you're really looking to be away from everything, this is the place. There aren't any stores around but we didn't mind the drive into flagstaff. Restaurants were really good and people were friendly.

Exhausting
The place was fabulous! The owners were amazing and answered calls and messages in a timely manner. We had an unfortunate stay by my husband ending up in the hospital so I was a little distracted and could not really enjoy the stay fully. I misplaced the key to get in and tried calling the local person and there was no answer and couldn't leave a message voicemail was full and not taking messages, so I messaged owner and when finally got through theo them found where I had safely tucked key as not to lose it. House is about a hour and a half from Sedona and half hour to Flagstaff two hoursabout 2 hours from Phoenix.

Our stay in the Pines
Initial disappointment as the property had not been cleaned upon our arrival. Texted the guest contact and they were able to send someone within the hour. .The cleaning person apologized emphatically & we did tip upon her leaving as she did a wonderful job. Husband loves to cook when we Vrbo in the Pines and the kitchen was decent with a good range. Wine tasted in Flagstaff. Hiked locally in the neighborhoods with our older dog. The property seems a little smaller than depicted inside the home, outside is great under the roof deck during a storm! Cushions outside could be replaced. Owner did reach out directly to find out what happened with the cleaners, which we did appreciate.

Exceeded Expectations - Chose this one!
STOP YOUR SEARCH - HIGHLY RECOMMEND This property was perfect. We have stayed in a lot of vrbos and this was by far the cleanest one. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Also, they had basic supplies available that many never include. Simple things like paper products, foil, saran wrap, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, qtips, etc. The WIFI worked great too so the kids were super happy. The beds were super comfortable and the hot tub was AMAZING. We brought camping hammocks and they had perfect trees to set them up. Plenty of seating indoor and out. They had games, books, puzzles, corn hole and even bikes for those of you that are brave enough to take on the hills. We had a quick question and reached out to the property management and they responded immediately. That rarely happens. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. We will be back again next year.

Best Vacation Spot
I have stayed at a lot of places throughout the years but this so far has been the best place. Definitely ranks the top of my list and I will make sure we return whether is during summer or winter. I loved going here since its very close to Phx, less than 2 hour drive. Place is extremely clean, spotless! House had everything we needed even more ! Very spacious. 3rd bedroom that had bunkbeds is big enough for children to have their space when they want to be away from adults. Towels, sheets, blankets, utensils, dishes-everything was clean and stocked up well. Comfort of patio upfront and at the back of the house rates 10 on the scale! If you are traveling during winter and you like to ski , it only 20 minutes away with the car. I loved that we were not stuck in the traffic just getting to our cabin. Neighborhood is very quiet and unique. Very important to mention is that the owners, were extremely helpful and nice, to reach out even before our stay. During our stay it was snowing, they made sure to reach out every day to check on us if needed anything, and to reassure that snow will be clean from the driveaway before we leave. It means a lot when you have owner reach out and reassure your stay, and answers any questions in like 5 minutes. This is the place to go if you want to rest, get away from busy life/work, just have a great weekend with friend and family! I would highly recommend it.
