"Staff were great, inside the property could do with a freshen up, painting , carpets, but overall good, I’d stay again.only one lift working and that broke down , bit of of pain being on 7th floor, but complimentary breakfast for hassle made up for it. "Impromptu stay at the property, in a 2 bed apartment which was nicely kitted out and nice decor. Breakfast was very nice and not too heavy, had a choice of continental and cooked breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice terrace area for drinks and lunch/dinner. Would recommend staying here. "

"One of our favourite places we have stayed. Hotel was beautiful, location was fantastic and the views from the room were amazing! The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. The staff were very attentive. We had breakfast on the outside terrace and that was delicious. We use to live in swansea so we knew parking on the road up by verdis is free so we parked there and walked down (parking by the hotel is pricey). Had the best stay! Highly recommend "

"Only there for one night. On arrival parking was free. Buildingwas surrounded by scaffold. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. Bed was comfortable. Toiletries were available in bathroom."

"Was aprehensive as very cheap,but was pleasantly surprised. Great accommodation, very clean. The staff were so lovely especially the guy in the bar who couldnt do enough for us. Then the ladies on reception were so helpful when we left some items behind. Cannot recommend the hotel enough. Will definitely stay here next time we are visiting the area "
