"First time in india and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Super clean and polite staff. Great breakfeast. I ended up losing my phone in a rickshaw while I traveling around mumbai, one of the staff members stayed up late trying to call my phone. While I wasn't able to find my phone, the care that was taken for me was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again the next time im in mumbai."

May be they had a someone who was in the training phase as that person was not sure about the WiFi access and on how to access some of in room facilities. But other staff member was able to help me with that so no complaints. Over all the stay was good and hotel, restaurant and the amenities were 4+ star rated."
