Livewel...does not let you live well!
Though centrally located in Bandra, Mumbai, the service apartment (as they call themselves) is hardly upto the mark. Poor service, unavailability of basics (TV and steam iron did not work), no tea/coffee supplies in the room (they gave a hotpot when asked), small cockroaches in the bathroom, no bill on check out....these did not create a customer friendly experience.
