close to the airport

We came in the middle of the night from the airport and they upgraded us for free. They were really nice in the morning too - they let us rest one hour more. When you book, be careful because there is not only one FabHotel and at prepaid taxi will charge you for the one that is not so close. Overall it is very nice location if you arrive in the middle of the night in India - otherwise is a little bit far away. Thry have hot water and wifi works good too.

Un professional

I booked hotel just to spend 4 hour to have comfortable sleep. When took taxi in the night around 10;20 pm i received a message that the my booking has been changed to some other location. Since it is alreay 10.30 pm and i need to leave hotel at 03:00 am so i decided not to argue and waist my time. It was very small room with no wifi (though i requested for user id & password, it was not provided to me). I would say this forced action taken by hotel as un professional work ethic. Also the hotel has very below average entry gate and no lift. so if one is carrying a big bag like me than it is no way advisable to go with this hotel. I need to bring back the bag in the mid night so you can imagine. Water force in bathroom tap is very slow and you will be frustraited while taking bath and will decide to come with disatisfaction. At the last i asked for the invoice and they told it will automatically sent to your mail id but after two day with remider mails i am waiting for my invoice.

問題外のホテルと予約サイト

予約をしてたのにも関わらず、当日チェックインでホテルに行くと勝手にキャンセルされていた。理由は予約確認の連絡をしたけれど、返事が無かったためとのこと。しかしその確認の連絡とやらはチェックインの当日の朝にメールが来ており、仕事で忙しいのにそんなこと確認する暇も無かった。予約確認するならもっと事前にしろ。おかげで深夜から別のホテルを捜す羽目に。ホテルが悪いのかHotels.comが悪いのかは分からないが、今後どちらも利用することは絶対にない。

Horrible Hotel. Never to stay in

I am a regular traveller and shall give the honest opinion about the stay. The hotel is the worst one and the overall experience could only be said as TERRIBLE one. The hotel staff has absolutely no sense how to interact. The room which I was allotted in, had the AC issue, then the bathroom roof has some water pipeline issue, from where the water was dripping continuously and offcourse, that's exactly upon you and on you wherever you are in the washroom. Ultimately, the staff favour me by changing the room where. There was no lift working on the top floor somewhere. The hotel address could not be find even by Google, as the hotel name printed is Fab Hotel, whereas the hotel has its name Address Inn written on the gate and main boards. Somewhere between the slums and many small fabrication factories the hotel is situated, where no one new can reach. The hotel has the breakfast inclusive in the rates, and the best part comes when u are actually starving in morning for food for the breakfast, and your meal is such an unhygienic that you can almost vomit if you see the kitchen, the serving and the pattern they keep food. The sambar and idli, could be the worst if u want to taste, with completely chilled sambar and some worst broken idlis. The poha there has so pathetic smell as if it's the pet food or something. It was such an disappointment to stay at this hotel, that my complete impression is the worst till date. I strongly recommend 'NO'
