"Everything went smoothly, we were there for two nights, Had our meal in the hotel bar which was very tasty, Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and everything very clean. Breakfast was top class and they had more than I have ever seen at the buffet breakfast table than in any other Hotel I have been too. "Great charming old property centeally located in Kilkenny. Easy walk to all attractions and great safe parking location. No lift for luggage but all rooms are close the check in desk. "

"We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool! We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend this super friendly hotel. "
