"Our stay was very good. I want to say I wish every desk person was as friendly as Nancy and every breakfast person was as nice as this one. I didn't catch her name. We have now stayed in 3 this trip so far and these folks are the best the last one in Alabama the breakfast woman was grumpy and shut the door to play on her cell phone and morning desk clerk was asleep with her head on the desk when we came down."
