"We were given a handicap room with combo shower/restroom area which wasn't the best for two persons to share the space. TV remote worked inadvertently and room AC control didn't seem operable. We ended up sleeping with the window open for air flow. Main draw for this property was the on site parking."

"Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway."

"Excellent hotel just a short walk from Heidelberg's main train station. The convenient electronic check-in process made arrival a breeze. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"The customer service for breakfast and lunch was great! Check in was great! We did get stuck in the garage for about 10minutes because no one would answer the intercom, we had to call them on the phone, slight inconvenience. Otherwise, this location was great."

"We LOVED this hotel. The location ia spectacular. We had a car so this hotel was one of few to offer parking. Getting there was a tiny bit challenging as you have to pay attention to the road signs to not miss the turns. Absolutely worth it. "

"Lovely hotel, overall it was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit from the main train station but the #6 drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this modern hotel to anyone. "

"Convenient for transport for tram, bus and train. The area felt safe even at night and the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment floor could have been cleaner as the laminate was dusty and the dishwasher not emptied and dishes not put away. The fridge wasn't turned on and there weren't enough towels and beddings for the number of booked occupants and staff didn't know what a duvet cover is when asked. We were eventually given flat sheets but not pillowcases, bath towels and bath mat...

"The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and the place was clean and beautiful and very comfortable for us. We were in the unit on the top floor that had two bedrooms so we have views out on the river and into old town that were stunning."

"This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. I heartily recommend this hotel!"

Heidelberg fairytale family vacation

"The receptionist at our check in was wonderful! She provided us with a map of Heidelberg and noted attractions for us. She is a great spokesperson for this town. My cappuccino at breakfast was the best I’ve had yet in Germany, and breakfast staff were amazing too. Our room is enormous and like a studio apartment, highly recommend. "

Heidelberg visit

"The reception is in the restaurant where we had a late lunch, Buddha bowl enjoyed by my daughter and a German cheese noodle dish enjoyed by myself, (forgotten the German name). Friendly and efficient service. Our room was really cute, in the eaves with a wonderful view over the Heidelberg hill and houses. We could hear church bells and see the lights come on at dusk over the chimney pots! We were able to leave our luggage on checking out and return later to collect it without problem. Centrally based with lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and souvenir shops. We used the metro and the bus for easy travel and if you like walking, go to Konigsstuhl for forest walks from Bismarktplatz on no.39. Hans Im Gluck serve great vegan and meat burgers if you fancy some non-German food and have a warm, funky interior with great service too. The guided tour at the castle is a must. The guide, despite being a quick speaker, was marvellous and had a very dry sense of humour. I will never forget King Ludwig now!"
