"The hotel and its staff are absolutely amazing. I have a severe nut allergy, so traveling to India is a bit nerve-wracking. Unfortunately, on the first morning, I had a reaction at the hotel breakfast. The staff sprang into action and got us transportation to the hospital. The F&B manager even came to the hospital to check on me. Luckily the reaction wasn't so severe, but the way the staff handled it was very impressive. Big thanks to Abel and the Port Muziris staff."

Manjusha helped with picking out trip ideas for us as well as arranging a car and driver. Everything was reasonably priced and well coordinated. The hotel itself was good with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet which was included was very good. I’d recommend this place especially their concierge services."
