"Beautifull Building with good outdoor kitchen and large swimming pool. Very spacious and good bedroom. Downpoints: * only toilets in the badrooms * There was nog big coffeemachine (for a group of 18 that is a problem). There used to be one but apperently it was broken and not replaced. * Only one basic towel per person is basic for a 5 day stay. A big + small one would have been nices. Overall a good stay and nice area with lot of things to do (by car). Good bakery and lot of supermarkets...

"The villa is very comfortable and has all the home comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. The communication with Neil and Della was quick and easy. The clubhouse on site was very good and the shop was useful. Great outlook from the villa to the golf course. Easy access to Balsicas to catch trains to Murcia or Cartagena if you didn’t want to drive and some great promenades in easy reach for walks and cafe stops. Excellent!"

"One of the best villa's we stayed in, the accommodation was spacious, well furnished and had a lot of kitchen items you usually don't find. The outside space was very well thought through, especially the shaded areas to move the sun loungers when it became too hot. Would have loved to have stayed longer. "Stayed for one week in July. Hilary the manager was prompt and professional. She takes extra care to make sure you have everything needed. Inside the villa was clean and tidy and not too cluttered like some we have stayed in. The villa was great for a self catering holiday and if you don’t fancy cooking, the bars and shops are just up the road. Air con and fans were brilliant in the 40 degree heat. "We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Hermosa. Host was very accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The villa is set in a very peaceful location, surrounded by distant mountains, is fully equipped and very close to the Spa. If the timing allows, visit the market in Fortuna, on Saturday, to get a choice of fresh produce. There’s also a supermarket near the Market for additional items. Spa is great and well worth taking advantage. We will definitely be coming...

"Hébergement atypique très calme propre. Avec de grandes pièces et une climatisation très efficace au rez de chaussée ( pas de climatisation au premier étage). Une grande piscine ( très profonde 2/2.5m) sans vis à vis. Une cours très spacieuse avec de la végétation. "One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The journey to Rocote itself was lovely, with some great terrain and scenery. The property was so peaceful with a beautiful pool and bar area. Tim was an excellent host and very accommodating. We went to a supermarket in Blanca (20 minutes), which had a massive fresh meat counter and nearly everything we needed.
