"The staff at the front desk and the wine bar were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Loved the cozy feel of the hotel. Walking distance to Lumen field, many restaurants and Pike Market. Would defiantly stay there again. "

"I stayed here two weeks ago. Staff was great about checking me in way early. I paid to up grade my room because the standard room does not have a view of anything and you know, you’re on vacation and you want to feel like it. I had a great view. The hotel was clean, staff was helpful. They were always quick when I needed something. It’s nice to have water downstairs to refill your water bottle up. The area was great. Easy to Uber, take the light rail, walk or even take the good ol’ city bus. Over all I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends and family. There was a parking lot but I can’t say much about it because I didn’t have a car with me. "

"Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed the gym with newer equipment, the sauna, and my kid liked the pool. Easy to get to from the airport using the light rail and getting off on symphony. Easy walk to Pike's place. Con: loud street noise at night, some unsavory characters around area at night. "
