"Hotel is good and in a good location, but bathroom designs and conditions could use some improvement or at least better maintenance. For instance, in Room 606 the water leaks out of the shower because there’s no dam to block it and not enough slope to drain it fast enough. In addition, the fixture that holds the hand-held shower head came off the wall. Sink faucet is very difficult to control. TV remote control difficult to manage."

"The only thing this has is location, it's in a nice setting right on the Meakong. Other than that, it's very dirty,all around. We booked the best "VIP" room, and was very disappointed, certainly not VIP clean, and very noisy, can hear everything that goes on next door and below.
