"A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."

"Overall we quite enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a very central location in the old town. Its close to the castle, shops and restaurants and also 10 - 15 minutes walk from the train station. There are parking spaces outside the apartment but you are very lucky to fine one! However, free spaces are close by so not a problem. "The property is great. A few unexpected things. The Lock box is a 10 minute walk from the train station up hills with luggage then you have to go back down and go 15 minutes the other direction to the property. The property door is rust not the red one. The building stairs are not for someone who can’t carry luggage up old stairs. "An amazing stay at a wonderful chateau. The apartment was decorated beautifully and tastefully in keeping with the chateau, which is a magnificent building in a wonderful setting. The hosts were so very very helpful, showing us around, helping with our luggage and even returning to show us how to use a couple of items we couldn’t work out. The apartment was quiet and comfortable with all the modern conveniences needed. One of the best stays in France we have experienced."

"The apartment is exactly as the photographs show. Check in with Mr Juranville was very good despite us arriving later than expected. Mr Juranville had left some biscuits/cake and a much needed bottle of water, it was great appreciated. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Blois.
