No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family. "Remember, this is not about a 5 star stay. This is a family home near the beach. Jimmy, his wife and his son Emile, offer a delightful, 'all we can do to help' environment. It's lovely and your not trashing the environment with loads of ultimately unnecessary extras. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Great home cooking...excellent trips and good aircon. Thanks guys. "

"It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility."

"What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. If you're looking for the backwater experience in true comfort and style then this gives you that. We hired a day boat which picked us up from the bottom of the garden. We spent the evenings watching the boats go by and the chinese fishing nets being used. Realy all one...

"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed. "
