"Une soirée magique dans un domaine remarquable en pleine campagne. Anne accompagnée de son chien Nemo nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et une visite "guidée" des lieux. Anne a été très arrangeante pour que je puisse venir en avance décorer et préparer l'anniversaire avant l'arrivée des invités. Idem pour le départ. Merci encore à Anne et Alfred ! "It was a traditional french cottage and was a little basic and lighting was a bit poor at night. But as the weather was good we were outside a lot with the dog and the garden is great. Everything worked in the house but internet reception is quite poor unless you go to the garage.Had not realised we would be opposite other guests in a bigger place but that was no problem and made it interesting. "La maison est très agréable pour un séjour en famille nombreuse avec le grand salon et la cuisine ouverte, les chambres confortables et bien insonorisées. La piscine couverte et la salle de jeux sont parfaites pour des ados. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement en pleine nature et le passage de chevreuils dans le champ en face du gîte. "Alan and Mandy have put themselves into creating properties and surrounding space fit for nature lovers and those who love the french experience. Beautiful, well equipped, comfortable gites with space around to explore and watch nature. They are situated in an area that offers much of interest to all age groups. Their suggestions of places to visit, things to see etc are helpful and enhanced our stay. It is the sort of place you would consider visiting again for another "fix" of rural France."

"We have stayed in many french gites over the years, but this farmhouse in the grounds of a beautiful chateau is exceptional. The location, close to Malestroit and Ploermel was excellent for shopping and visiting the markets and many larger towns were less than 30 minutes away.
