This beautiful and, above all, luxurious premium chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in the popular Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland, a short distance from the center and the lifts of the Hochkönig ski area and with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The chalet consists of two semi-detached houses, of which you live alone in the right half of the house. Due to the large area spread over three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. On the ground floor there is the living room with an open kitchen. From here you have direct access to the large terrace with the garden. Here you will also find the first bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. In addition, this chalet has a relaxation/rest area with sauna, a ski room, washing machine and dryer and sufficient parking space.

Mühlbach am Hochkönig is an attractive holiday destination not only in winter, but at any time of the year. Many options for mountain bikers, hikers, paragliders, riders and of course those seeking peace and quiet can be found in the immediate vicinity. Winter needs no further explanation. The large, modern ski area Ski Amade Hochkönig between Dienten, Maria Alm and Mühlbach with 120 kilometers of slopes and 34 lifts is located in the immediate vicinity of the chalet.

In summer, the Mühlbach outdoor pool offers lots of swimming fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. You can reach the state capital Salzburg in about 1.5 hours by car.

Das Haus hat für einen Skiurlaub alles notwendige. Der Skiraum ist ausreichend gross und die Sauna ist Top. Die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein (Stauraum) aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir waren zwei Familien mit je zwei Kindern und für eine Woche Ende August im Haus. Wie beschrieben, ist ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad im Erdgeschoss und oben das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit Stockbetten, ein weiteres Zimmer und ein separates Bad. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Sauna, Waschmaschine und Trockner, ausreichend Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine... Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war sehr gut. Sie hat uns im Vorfeld bereits viele Tipps zur Region gegeben und bei Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Von Mühlbach aus kann man aus viele Wanderungen und Ausflüge unternehmen. Ein toller Bäcker, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Lediglich die Lage des Hauses direkt an der Durchgangsstraße ist nicht ganz optimal mit kleinen Kindern. Neben dem Haus ist ein kleiner Garten, wir mussten aber dennoch gut aufpassen, dass kein Kind auf die Straße läuft. Wir können uns definitiv vorstellen, das Haus noch einmal zu mieten!

The house is very well maintained. There are many rooms, 3 bathrooms and gues toilet, sauna and more. Kitchen is very well equipped. They also put a baby fence for the downstairs stairs. The local manager is very helpful and nice. Location wise - also good. overall recomended.

Sehr schönes Ruhiges Apartment. Mit dem Skibus zum Lift : nur eine Station entfernt. Und mit dem Skiern fast bis zum Appartment, wenn genug Schnee liegt (auf dem Skiweg ins Dorf). Schöne Zimmer. Schöne Einrichtung. Das WC im offenen Bad (grosses Schlafzimmer 1.Stock) muss man mögen. Das Schlafzimmer im EG hat kaum Stauraum. Schnee wegräumen muss man selber. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind prima, damit man nicht soviel Kleidung einpacken muss. Saune ist top! Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe immer für alle Bewohner verfügbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. (3 Familien mit 4 Kindern).
