"Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. The facility is very lacking, especially the water system; you can smell the odor coming out of the toilet, and the shower pressure is very bad, also lacking in hot water. "Great place to stay at an amazing price!! Nice and clean, towels provided. House keeping daily. I stayed in a very nice room with a walk out balcony. Little chair and table with ashtray on it. And they had room service! I was very sick and was in the hopital for a day and recovered here at the hotel. Very please with my stay. They held my bags for me after check out and called me a cab to the airport. I will reccomend this place 100% "

"This hotel was simply delightful. The grounds are immaculately kept, rooms were spacious, very comfortable and clean, with plenty of hot water. The historical park is a 20 minute walk away or a 5 minute cycle ride and bikes are available for rent from the hotel. The staff were all sweet and helpful. We especially loved the pool which was a good size and a great place to relax after sightseeing. Definitely recommend this hotel. "
