Arriving at this property, you’ll be enamoured by its charm. It has a provincial-style aesthetic clad in pretty pink, with a front porch that encourages morning coffees as the sun rises. A fire pit invites you to enjoy cosy evenings at home under the stars. Inside, contemporary and classic meet to create an comfortable stay in central Mudgee.

Ample windows flood the formal living area in beautiful, Northerly light. Sit here and flip through the pages of your favourite book, or retreat to the second living area set with a flat screen TV and cushy lounges. A generously sized kitchen combined with a BBQ outside inspires you to make a feast, utilising the region’s bounty of fresh produce. Take things slow at the breakfast bar, dine inside or make your way out to the back patio for meals alfresco.

You’ll sleep easy in three immaculately presented bedrooms. The combination of air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keeps things comfortable no matter what time of year you're travelling. The primary bedroom highlights a queen-sized bed and comes with a neat ensuite bathroom, ample wardrobe space and a TV. The second bedroom is also set with a queen, while the third bedroom has two singles. The main bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, plus separate toilet, while laundry facilities comprising both a washing machine and dryer add to your everyday convenience.

Parking is provided on the driveway. The property is within a battle-axe block, requiring access through a long driveway leading to the rear of an adjacent property.

Lovely space
Great base to enjoy Mudgee. Easy walk to town. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the morning listening to the birds. Everything you need is there in the kitchen.
