Staff were welcoming and helpful, and I would have said impeccable, except for chef Azim who seemed to lack candour when asked why our fish and chip was missing the malt vinegar stated in the menu. Shoutout also to Prabin who was pleasant and helpful in onboarding us, and to Emmanuel for his enthusiastic talk about food at the hotel. Ah yes, the hotel is near local eateries and a laundromat. "
