"The hotel is in a great location, clean, and has a pleasant atmosphere. Check-in was smooth, but we had an issue with the room we had booked—not available on the first night. Thankfully, Vano at the reception was very helpful and made sure we got our proper room the next day. Despite the initial inconvenience, the staff were generally friendly and accommodating.
