"This is a clean, comfortable, somewhat no frills getaway. The driveway experience is like driving through the desert, because it basically is. The indoor space is cozy, and pretty basic, but absolutely fine. Unless, of course, you are looking for things like a TV. We were not, and it actually took us a few days to even realize there wasn’t one. The outdoor space is where the Saguaro Casita really shines. "Horse Thief Ranch was a perfect place to stay. We stayed in Casita A and it had everything we were looking for and more. It was a perfect homebase and central to a lot of the hiking around the area. Shower was amazing, coffee maker was instant, and the bed was so comfy. Also can't beat the mountain view from the bedroom. "Lovely stay for a couple of nights with my daughter. Everything we needed, plus free use of a couple of cruiser bikes that we used on the path adjacent to the property (just had to fill the tires). We also enjoyed a couple of short jogs through the neighborhood and loved meeting the pair of emus and shaggy sheep a couple of blocks over! The casita bed was super comfy and it was incredibly quiet. Owner was very responsive."

"Beautiful guest house--we really enjoyed our stay here! House is very welll stocked with all the essentials--kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Very nice area of Tucson with easy access to Sabino Canyon, Saguaro Natl Park and many restaurants. Colin is easy to communicate with and very responisve. Highly recommend this rental if you are headed to Tucson!"

"Had a nice stay on our first visit to Tucson. The property is very nicely situated out on the edge of the desert wilderness, very close to desert trails but also still close to civilization. The host was extremely accommodating, as we had a problem with our incoming flight which caused to arrive a day late. This was obviously very frustrating and disappointing, and our host Jessica really helped us out by refunding us for the day we missed. Jessica was also communicative and supportive. "

"We came to town on a rainy afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and warmth we immediately felt upon arriving at the casita. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The property is bright and inviting and uniquely decorated. It’s a fun and very clean place! The outdoor space was great and also comfortable. There’s a trail close by we enjoyed taking a walk on it. We enjoyed the quiet but the close proximity to restaurants and stores. "
