"Great Location, out of the city, but not far from shopping center and local restaurants. 30 minutes away from Durban. Checking-in was easy, and the room was spacious, and the lady receiving us was helpful and guide us where to find food close by. Breakfast was good, and sufficient, service was very good. The only 2 things I would say were bad, is that the hot water run out quick, not enough for 2 people to take hot showers (unless you are quick), that was an issue now that is winter. The other...

"We were there to book in at 14:00 when we could book in, our room was not ready! It was not cleaned yet and we had to get ready for a wedding!! We had to wait till 14:50 till they were done cleaning and had to be atvthe wedsing T 16:00. We had to do our make up outside in the heat and was sweating because they were busy and we could not so it in the room with the aircon on. I had to rush doing my and my daughters hair. We were not impressed at all!"

"The property was nothing like what was advertised. No swimming pool, no water, very dirty place. Old cars parked allover the place. I felt very unsafe in that place."

"We booked and paid fully for family room and we did not get it they said it's already booked and person at reception promises us to get some refund as we used small room. Still waiting for that money to be refunded."

"Friendly staff and clean room. Disadvantages - restaurants a few kilometres away / Breakfast is mentioned at an addition cost, however this is not the case and must be sourced externally / bathroom has no blinds or curtains, so when you are on the loo or showering you may be spotted."
