"The property is lovely and spacious, clearly recently renovated. Its off the beaten track (which we like) but a quick drive into Galway or off to various sites. Kathleen was one of the most communicative and proactive hosts we've had on VRBO, reaching out several times before we arrived, and checking in with us while we were there. "The entire house is disgustingly dirty. Very unsafe too. Few of windows have cracks, no ventilation, many windows have no openings. Bathroom door was held by screws which were loose, we had to tightened it in case fall down onto one of kids. Mattress we slept on was stained and yellow.. Location isn’t great either. For five nights stay we paid €2600. We never had such horrendous experience."
