"This is a very well appointed appartment with a great view and location. Bright, modern and well-equipped it met the needs of three friends of a certain age perfectly. In better weather we would have sat more on the balcony which is a real feature of the appartment. Add a warm welcome by the owner and the charm of Le Crotoy, and we had an excellent stay."

"The excellent property was in the position that we required, was well introduced by the gentleman we met, and offered everything that we had hoped for - EXCEPT perhaps the apartment needs one comfortable single armchair (fauteuil confortable). My heart condition means that I have to sit upright and the lounge/bed did not provide me with any back support, so I had to sit in a dining chair. We very much enjoyed meeting M. et Mme Guilbert and their grand-daughter. What lovely people!"

"Au vu des photos j imaginais un immeuble plus récent. Pas d ascenceur, pourtant indispensable vu la difficulté pour monter les bagages. Mauvais éclairage, labirynthe de portes. Boxe pas assez large, difficulté manœuvres. Ce problème a gâché mon séjour. L appartement remis au goût du jour et bien situé. Le tarif n est pas en adéquation par rapport aux problèmes rencontrés. Bien équipé, tout n'est pas parfaitement agencé et le niveau de standing pourrait être amélioré : terrasse recevant la mousse du toit, canapé-clicclac, placards, certains meubles à angles dangereux, des petits coins ou des détails ici ou là seraient à revoir Un excellent point pour l'eau adoucie très agréable pour la toilette et la douche, un second pour l'accueil des propriétaires également."
