"This house in Santa Elena is so cool! Our family of 5 stayed here for three nights. The house itself is well maintained, very spacious and clean. The views around the property are gorgeous and the surroundings are lush and so peaceful. We had Consuelo cook for us one nights and it was the best as she prepared food and cleaned up everything after. We got to relax after a long day. And Consuelo is so sweet and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend! "

"We loved our stay at the farmhouse. Location was great, house and grounds are beautiful. My husband and I like to cook our own meals, and this was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Bonus points for providing shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. That was a first as well. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mahogany Hall. They were so friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. They made sure that we were able to eat before our tours in the morning and even prepared our dinner a little early on the day of our arrival because we had not eaten. "Loved the privacy - close to town but not in town. You can hear and see wildlife all around the cabin. Adam & Rebecca are accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The cabin itself is lovely - I appreciated the screened in porch, full kitchen, AC, and ceiling fan. The shower has good hot water and water pressure too (look, everyone has their own priorities.) Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want the noise of being in town/wants to enjoy the jungle. Would generally recommend...

It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. "We had the best time at Villa Cayo! The cabin kitchen is very well equipped and we had the most comfortable bed. We saw all kinds of birds, every morning, even toucans! The property works better for guests with a car, but they'll assist you with transfers, tours and even taxi cabs. Virginia, Ken, Luis and each one we met at the property were wonderful! They make you feel very welcome! Great place if you're looking for a restful vacation! We can't wait to return to San Ignacio and stay here...
