Built in 1920 as a Chevrolet dealership, apartment 729 is one of the largest cobblestone rock buildings in Arkansas. Stunning picture windows and transoms, 20 foot ceilings with beams, and cobblestone interior stone walls create an architecturally captivating apartment. This apartment features a gas fireplace, 1925 baby grand piano, modern furniture in the living room. It has two master bedrooms with kings beds and adjoining master baths with double vanities and rain showers. One master features a soaking tub. The third bedroom contains two queen beds and twin bunks. Two families can enjoy this unique apartment. Watch the evening sunset in the large picture windows or open the living room garage doors and enjoy the outdoors. Downtown shops and restaurants are steps away from your door. Cove coffee is right across the street where you can enjoy a morning brew or just people watch as you enjoy your own brew. Also available to be rented for events.

Beautiful property
Host was friendly and answered all our questions in a timely manner, properly is just as described and very clean! Best showers, walking distance to plenty of food, drinks and ice cream shop right next door. We will definitely be back to this property next summer!
