We loved Hotel Forum. Perfect place to stay to visit the ruins of Pompeii. Staff were really welcoming and understood our Senza Glutine (Gluten Free) requirements. Centrally located for exploring the town with easy parking opposite the hotel. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff. Matt & Armani

Literally right across from Pompeii, but quietly tucked away from the crowds. Beautiful property, rooms were a good size, and breakfast was delicious. They have you park at a public parking that’s just a few feet away in a safe, quiet area. Wish we would’ve planned to stay longer!

The hotel had a beautiful garden area. Our only issue was our room was very warm and the AC was not working correctly. They sent someone up to look it and he said he fixed it but it did not improve. When we checked out I mentioned it and the girl just said ok. The hotel is in a great location and had close parking included. Breakfast was also great!

The room that we were upgraded to was one of the hotel’s rooms that was not renovated. The A/C barely worked. When we complained they said that they would adjust the settings to make it cooler. Nothing changed and they were rude and unhelpful when we asked for more help.

Wonderful staff! Beautiful, clean space in and out! We decided last minute to stay in for dinner and they provided our family of TWENTY the most amazing meal of our vacation. Beeakfast was great too. Highly recommended this hotel to anyine traveling to Pompei.

This was a great spot for us to stopover and see the Pompeii ruins. The p is off the Main Street with grounds that are quiet, warm, relaxing and full of lemon trees. Ordering drinks and snacks out there was delightful. Breakfast included a nice assortment, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a two room suite and two little kids. The staff were all so friendly and understanding, and super helpful. Great recommendations for dining. The hotel restaurant was outstanding, we had several meals there. Elena in the restaurant was especially kind and friendly with my children, which I am very thankful for. The entire hotel was meticulously maintained and super clean. The location is the absolute best for walking in Pompeii. I will definitely return in the future.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Friend fell and fractured foot. Staff called for taxi to take to hospital and helped her when she returned to get from taxi to her room. Staff make sure she had a little something to eat (we paid for breakfast) but due to having to return to see a Dr. the next day we did not get to eat. Staff brought us all a croissant to take with us to hospital.

I would not call this hotel ‘upscale’. My room was squeaky clean so I gave it a good rating but the furniture was wobbly and knocked, the curtains and walls were stained, the bathroom sinks and tub had visible cracks, the hooks to hang the towels didn’t work so the towels kept falling on the floor. There was no tea/coffee in the room. When I asked if there was laundry services nearby the front desk staff fibbed and told me that information would be in my room, it wasn’t there. I have no issue staying in a basic room, just don’t advertise it as upscale and then present something else.
