Very private and peaceful cottage located on Torsey Lake in Mt. Vernon. Lake access with dock, canoes, paddle boards, kayaks and row boat. Great fishing! Enjoy the quite sounds of nature all around, wake up to Loons in the morning and hear their calls all day!

Great stay. Very quiet lake. I really expected things to be hopping on the weekends but it remained very quiet and peaceful the whole week. The camp is beautiful and was well supplied. The amount of water toys was awesome. No Wi-Fi but cell coverage is great so I could use my phones hot spot for internet. My only negative would be the beach gets mucky after about 10 - 15 feet from shore. One more thing…..the owner of the camp was out of the country but still called me at the end of my stay to see if everything was satisfactory. That was a nice touch! I am always looking for different camps but this one I just might rebook, My goal was to find a peaceful and quiet camp to recharge my batteries. Found it!
